Food For Your Mental Show Notes -- Integrity -- Ep: 2020.01
In this episode we are talking about integrity. How it applies to love, career, and reaching true and genuine happiness.
This is important because integrity is at the core to fulfillment in life.
What does Integrity mean? - The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.
But morals and principles vary so greatly from person to person/country to country, etc that this definition leaves a lot to be desired.
2nd definition - Integrity is the practice of being honest and showing a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values. In ethics, integrity is regarded as the honesty and truthfulness or accuracy of one's actions.
Saying No. The easiest pathway to integrity is knowing when to say no.
